Perfect stay in the heart
From the moment I arrived, the welcoming staff made me feel at home. The central location was ideal for exploring the city, making my daily adventures a breeze.
Although I had a wonderful time, the breakfast option was inconvenient, being served at a hotel a short walk away. It would be great if they could improve this aspect.

The gluten-free options were killer, especially at nearby Saluf & Sons. I loved exploring the local eats, like the mad delicious dishes at Dalida. The hotel’s vibe is totally unique and the staff were super helpful with tips.
The shower did pool up a bit, but I just tossed some towels down to fix it—no biggie! Outside of that, everything was smooth sailing.

An easy guide to the beach on arrival would have been appreciated!!! Ordering a taxi without a functioning app was a hassle. some help from staff could improve this inconvenience!!!

utterly disappointed. they moved my reservation without telling me, and then the room was filthy, hairs on the bathroom floor, just disgusting. The shower tap leaked so badly, and to top it off, no batteries in the safe. I mean, how difficult can it be to get that right? almost thought of leaving a good review, but just couldn’t.

Really well located, with a small convenience store just under the building. The staff was super helpful and friendly. My room was clean, and I arrived during the Jewish New Year to find some treats in my room-such a nice touch! Perfect for a solo traveler.

I had a great stay at Brown Hotels. Check-in was super smooth, letting me crash right after I arrived. There was a nice bottle of red wine and some chilled water in my Urban Double Room with city view, which was a delightful surprise. The staff were beyond helpful. Izzy gave me tips and recommendations that made my explorations a breeze. The rooftop area offered a fantastic view and was perfect for unwinding after a long day. The room itself, while cozy and clean, was a bit on the small side, making it tricky to move around with my belongings. I enjoyed the vibrant decor and the hotel’s central location made getting around easy. I’d definitely consider coming back anytime!

Fantastic staff and cozy ambiance
I really enjoyed my stay—Izzy went above and beyond with her recommendations, which made my exploration of Tel Aviv so much easier. The rooftop area was a perfect spot to unwind, and I loved the touches like the complimentary red wine waiting for me. However, the room was a bit smaller than I anticipated, which made it tricky to organize my belongings.

We enjoyed our stay in a great location, perfect for family outings. We explored the nearby vibrant markets and enjoyed delicious street food, which was very convenient with our little one in tow. The rooftop area offered stunning views of the city, making evenings magical.
For dads, it would be great if the family rooms had a bit more space.
